St. Nicholas Day

Today in Holland, children are celebrating St. Nicholas Day where Sinterklaas visited last night. Dutch children placed their shoes outside their doors and Sinterklaas left candy in their shoes when he passed through their towns. We waited to see if today, Sinterklaas might stop by Roberts during our nap time. We left our shoes near the cottage in the flex area and sure enough, he left us candy in our shoes!
