Kinder Concert

The Lizards loved listening and dancing with the Kinders today! A huge "thank you" to Brian and Terri Kinder performing for Fulbright's PreK and K students!  

Nature and Art - Lesson 3

Ms. Langley continued our unit on "Art in Nature" by looking at the works of Georgia O'Keeffe and examining landscapes, gardens, and flower details. 

Parachute in PE

So many great skills can be learned when working with the parachute! Coach Cameron worked on knowing our left from our right and gross motor skills such as hopping, skipping, galloping, and running today in PE!

Happy St. Patrick Day from The Lizards! What a fun day to be in PreK! 

Salad Making

You won't believe it - EVERY child ate (or tried) a salad today! Some children even asked for a second helping. I have proof with pictures below. To continue our unit on Growing up Healthy, we read the book, How Does Your Salad Grow? We also wrote and drew pictures of our favorite salad items. 

Nature and Art - Lesson 2

Ms. Langley continued her unit on Spring in Art by encouraging students to look at small objects all around us with magnifying glasses. Pretty cool exploration for PreK!
