Pet Rocks
We got a bit creative this last week beginning our Nature All Around Us unit. We started with 3D art by collecting, cleaning, and painting rocks. We've created our own garden for them in our classroom. Pretty cool rocks!
Teddy Bear Picnic
In honor of the letter "T", we celebrated this week with a "Teddy Bear Picnic". We not only slept with our bears, but we read to them and shared a special snack - teddy bear paw cupcakes. What a fun day in PreK!

Brian and Terri Kinder Perform
We were very lucky to have Brian and Terri Kinder Perform for us on Thursday! Their one hour show is an interactive collage of music, dance, and learning. We may even have a few stars in the making when they took the mic.
