It's Election Day in PreK! Students got a taste of the real voting experience while standing in line at their poll. They made their selections by standing near a booth and submitting their ballots. Students were deciding if Pinkalicious or Pete the Cat should be President of PreK!
Coach Cameron assigned students in pairs who they worked with in order to use the provided scoops to scoop and catch a ball. We had a lot of fun this morning and they all got much better by the end of our lesson!
What a beautiful day for the LRPD Mounted Police Division to visit PreK at Fulbright! We learned about the horses, why they are needed in our community, and how to behave when we are around one. The police officer also told us about the responsibilities of his job and how he helps our community.
