Family Blocks

We starting sharing our family blocks today! The kids love to reminisce and share stories about their families. If you haven't had an opportunity to bring your block to class, please do so as soon as possible. They will stay in our Block Center for the remainder of the year.

Mrs. Gomillion's Birthday

All the cowpokes in Ms. Izard's Class are wishing Mrs. Gomillion a very happy birthday! She sends her love and appreciation to all the parents and children. She loved her gift certificate and elephant! 

Bass Drum

Mr. Dukes brought the bass drum to class where students counted the beat by reading whole notes, half notes, and quarter notes. They also played the thunder instrument for fun! 

C is for Cowboys

Have a root-n-tootin Friday from all the cowboys and cowgirls in Ms. Izard's Class! 

Boosterthon

The Lizards rocked the Boosterthon Race this year! We helped our school raise money for a new artificial turf for the main playground. 

Constitution Day

Happy Constitution Day! 

B is for Bread

We measured the ingredients, baked two loaves of bread (Italian and white), then voted on our favorite type of bread. The Italian loaf won!
