Happy Groundhog's Day!

We learned all about groundhogs and their shadows today by celebrating Groundhog's Day in style. After making small groundhog puppets popping out of their burrows, we took them outside to test their shadows out in the afternoon sun. Unfortunately, just like Punxstawney Phil, all of our groundhogs saw their shadows. We're looking at another 6 weeks of winter weather!
