"B" is for Bread and Butter

We went all out for the letter "B" today by making homemade bread and butter! After reading The Little Red Hen, we measured all of our ingredients, put them in our handy-dandy bread maker, and let the machine do the work. Later, after adding cream to a small glass jar we took turns shaking until we turned our liquid cream into a solid butter. Yummo!
