Using shapes to draw our bodies

This morning we discussed how you can find shapes everywhere around us. Specifically, we looked at how we could use shapes to draw our bodies. I supplied each child with a picture of their face. Afterwards, I asked them to use what we know about shapes to construct their body on a piece of paper using markers. The Lizards did a great job!
