Pumpkin Carving Galore!!!!

A huge "thank you" to Joel Spencer (Ryland's Dad) who spent several hours with us this morning carving 4 pumpkins in small groups. It was a terrific science lesson as kids used their sense of hearing, sight, smell, and touch (and next week tasting after I roast the seeds) to explore pumpkins. They had such a great time learning all about pumpkins!
