Pinnacle Mountain - visit 2

Interpreter Spillman visited us again from Pinnacle Mountain State Park. We had a fun time learning about animals' habitats. We played a matching game by matching the animal to its correct habitat, then we actually worked in groups to build a habitat for an animal using mulch for vegetation, aluminum foil for water, and pipe cleaners for the trees. The girls built a home for an alligator and the boys built a home for a white tail deer.
