Fun Run 2018

Fun Run was a huge success today! I don't have any details at this time about the final counts, but I know The Lizards had a blast running, dancing, skipping, and mostly participating. A huge shout-out to all the parents and grandparents who came out on this hot day to support us! Go Lizards!

American Flags

During our first theme "Ready for School", we learned about the Pledge of Allegiance, American flag, and Constitution Day (Sept. 17th). For weeks now, we have been working on and off to complete our flags in small groups. Tomorrow, we will proudly wave them as we head out to the Fun Run showing our Lizard and American pride!

Doughnuts with Dad

We had such a great time celebrating the letter "D" this morning with our dads, granddads, and special friends! Thanks to everyone for participating. We even made our own doughnuts to display this morning, too.

C is for Cactus

Cowboys must have a cactus to go along with their old west backdrop. We worked on holding and cutting with scissors correctly as well as using liquid glue to glue our "thorns". It also helps to read a fun western book to get us in the cowboy spirit.
